Tamara Dahlvang, CPA, is an experienced accountant with expertise across financial management, nonprofit leadership, and business technology. A Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, she delivers strategic financial guidance to entrepreneurs and community leaders, with a focus on tax planning, forecasting, and business plan development.

Prior to joining Sigma, Tamara served as a Business Consultant at WomenVenture, providing accountancy setup and QuickBooks training to entrepreneurs. She holds a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.

Beirut is a Professional Business Advisor at Sigma Consulting and Training, bringing expertise in advocacy, political leadership, and legal studies. With a Master's degree from Metropolitan State University and a background in law from Addis Ababa University, her expertise spans public policy, community engagement, and social impact.

She also leads Aspire Impact Consulting LLC, driving initiatives for inclusive representation and economic empowerment. Beirut's leadership and dedication to service have made her a key player in both the public and private sectors.
