Ahmed Mohidin, MSc, PMP, is a distinguished small business consultant and the founder and principal advisor of Sigma Consulting and Training, specializing in providing personalized technical assistance to small businesses in Minnesota . As an economic and workforce development professional, he currently serves as a Federal and State Program Manager at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. Ahmed consults for the Minnesota Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Initiative Foundation, Elevate Hennepin, and the City of Bloomington, offering expertise in business formation, minority certifications, government contracting, and financial management. He is proud of his educational achievements, holding a Master of Science in Applied Economics from St. Cloud State University, where he is an active alumnus. Through his work at Sigma Consulting and Training, Ahmed applies his project management skills and economic knowledge to foster business growth and sustainability in his community.

Tamara Dahlvang, CPA, is an experienced accountant with expertise in various accounting domains. She has a strong background in nonprofit leadership and possesses organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities. Tamara delivers strategic financial guidance to entrepreneurs and community leaders at YTSA MN in Mankato, MN. As a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, Tamara is proficient in tax planning and preparation, QuickBooks training, forecasting, and business plan development. She utilizes technology to optimize accounting processes effectively. Prior to joining YTSA MN, Tamara worked as a Business Consultant at WomenVenture, where she provided comprehensive accountancy set-up and QuickBooks training to entrepreneurs. Her experience also includes business plan development, forecasting, tax preparation and planning, and bookkeeping.
